Sylchris Ministries operates as a service organization whose mission (intent) is neither to replace nor overshadow any existing ministry in any way, but merely an enhancement to that which is strong or as a resource for ministries needing strengthening.
As a service provider, we feel that we have the necessary ingredients to enable youth and youth ministries to be mobilized CARE teams [Christians, Armed, Ready, and Engaged], to not only be an essential part of their church or organization but communities and even in our local governments.
We are convinced that through CARE teams, faith based missions will be able to achieve their mission goals through their youth.
